Realty Vision Named to WBJ Book of Lists

As Top Women Owned Business

Realty Vision is pleased to announce its recent listing to the Worcester Business Journal's 2014 Book of Lists as a Top Women Owned Business in Central Massachusetts. Realty Vision, which celebrates its 30th Anniversary in 2014, is a privately owned real estate firm, co-owned and operated by Nancy Moran and Terry Cotton, both of Clinton MA. The Top Women Owned Business list is based on number of local employees.  Realty Vision was ranked #23, with 15 local employees, out of 27 listed. “We have been very fortunate to have a hardworking and dedicated group of professionals on our team,” said owner Terry Cotton. “Our office has always prided itself on the fact that we have many accomplished local agents who are focused on customer service and provide the best possible experience for our clients.” Realty Vision is Clinton's longest-running and most experienced agency, with 15 agents, representing over 100 years of combined experience.  The office, which is associated with National and State Boards of Realtors , provides both buyer and seller real estate representation with professional service and personal care in Clinton, Lancaster, Sterling, Berlin, Bolton and surrounding towns. In 2013, Realty Vision listed and sold the highest number of residential property units within the town of Clinton and is a consistent winner of “Top Producer Recognition" awards from the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Realty Vision has a strong history of community service and volunteer efforts and was named "Small Business of the Year" by the Wachusett Chamber of Commerce. The Worcester Business Journal is the Central Massachusetts region's definitive source for business news, publishing its annual “Book of Lists” each year in July; this involves researching companies, executives and transactions in many industries and ranking them by various factors.
